Marry Your Daughter

Love this song. Walahh!

Mummy Niki

Love mummy Niki and i adore her so much. Sangat friendly orangnya walaupun dari luar nampak macam garang.

Buku yang saya beli dari mummy Niki time dia datang hari tu. Saya dah balut buku tu sebab takut nanti rosak pulak. Saya kan cerewet orangnya. :)

And for sure dapat signature dari dia lagi. Thanks mummy. :)

Mama

Dearest Mama
I know i have been giving you trouble since i started kicking you
when i was in your womb,
when i was demanding bottle milk in the middle of the night at two,
when i was being fussy at seven,
when i was asking you stupid questions the time i was twelve,
giving you heartaches and migraines now that I'm teen..
but...
There must be something good in me.
Even if you don't think so.
I may be nasty sometimes but it doesn't mean
i take everything for granted.
I just want you to know and understand that
i am thankful to have you as my mama even though
i am not sure if you are thankful to have me daughter.
I feel very sorry about that.

What Is A Friend

A friend is someone who is concerned with everything you do
A friend is someone to call upon during good and bad times
A friend is someone who understands whatever you do
A friend is someone who tells you the truth about yourself
A friend is someone who knows what you are going through at all times
A friend is someone who does not compete with you
A friend is someone who is genuinely happy for you when things go well
A friend is someone who tries to cheer you up when things don't go well
A friend is an extension of yourself without which you are not complete
Thank you for being my friend.

5 Bad Foods For The Skin

1. Fried Foods

The negative impact that fried foods have on the body is that fried foods are so high in fat and are just not good for the body as a whole. The more bad food that goes into the body that could have harmful effects, the more the skin is going to resemble those effects. Remember, skin is just an outer picture of what is happening inside of our bodies.

 2. Chocolate

This is said to be bad for the skin due to the fats and the caffeine that are contained within chocolate. The real reason that chocolate is often considered problematic is because most people eat more chocolate when they are stressed out, which is the TRUE reason behind the breakout, not the actual act of eating the chocolate itself.

3. Caffeine

This is thought to negatively impact the skin no matter which method you get it from: coffee/tea, soda, or chocolate. The reason that more breakouts occur with people who have caffeine in their systems is because they tend to sit longer and stay inside more, which puts them in contact with more indoor pollutants than those who are more active with less caffeine.

4. Excess Sugars

The main reason that sugars are to be avoided for healthier skin has little to do with acne, and much more to do with circulation. The more sugar you have in your system, the less natural blood circulation your body has. This means your skin is not getting everything it needs to stay healthy, and it could cause problems if this is a regular or common occurrence. Sugar will slow your body and your blood down. A recipe for disaster!

5. Junk Food

It’s bad for skin because it’s also bad for the body. The more junk that is on your hands when you touch your face, the more breakouts your skin is going to naturally have. The less healthy your body, the less nutrients your body is going to have when your skin comes in contact with dangerous elements. You want to make sure you give your skin as many chances as possible to be healthy and fight off everything you can. Remember, you are what you eat! And what you put into your body will exude through your skin.

Study Hard Please!

Sitting up till late at night
studying facts and what is right
remembering formulas, dates of wars
driving our brains very sore.

Mum says, " you must pass "
dad says, " study very hard "
other say, " show us all.. "
how many distinctions you can score.

Remembering the dates drives me crazy
learning the facts make me dizzy
checking words from the dictionary
borrowing books from the library.

Cracking my head and my mind
recording all our finds
studying hard should be our aim
mustn't say " pass or fail it's just the same ".

So please listen here
failing exams is what we fear
never fail and live in sorrow
so work hard for a better tomorrow.

You Know You Are Growing Up When...

You can't fit the baby swing at the park.
You realize the world does not revolve around you.
You start getting more phone calls than your mum.
Food tastes as good with lot less ketchup.
You stop giggling at the word "kiss".
You get grounded instead of getting a "time out".
You start spending an hour in front of the mirror.
Your friend who is a boy/girl becomes your "boyfriend/girlfriend".
You start getting deodorant as your birthday present.
Your mum says she will give you some privacy in the bathroom.
You no longer crawl in bed with your mum and dad during thunderstorms.
You won't take a bath with your younger sibling anymore.
You have to watch your younger brothers so that your mum can get her first real rest.
Instead of getting up at the crack of dawn to watch cartoons on Saturday, you sleep until noon.

How To Remove Blackheads?

1. Exfoliate

Exfoliate your skin weekly: The benefit of a weekly gentle exfoliation is leaving your skin soft and healthy looking, plus it will get all of the dead skin cells off of your skin so they cannot clog up your pores and create new blackheads. Here are a few ingredients that can be used to exfoliate your skin quickly and inexpensively: white or brown sugar and warm water mixed together and applied to your face and neck in a circular motion with your fingertips then rinse thoroughly with warm water.

2. Pat Down Face with Honey

After cleansing your face and patting it dry, apply a small amount of honey to your problem areas. The tacky texture of the honey will slowly pull all of the impurities out of your pores and stick into the honey. The antibacterial properties of the honey also help fight acne-causing bacteria, reducing new breakouts from forming and healing old breakouts. Once you are done with this process, wash your hands and rinse off any residue the honey may have left on your face with warm water.

3. Egg White Facial

Egg white masks can pull off the impossible: Cover your face with a thin film of egg whites (mixed into a light whip) and allow it to begin to dry. Once it starts to dry, put a second layer of egg whites on your face. After this layer begins to dry, place a third layer over the two existing layers. Once this has dried on your face for about 15 minutes, gently scrub your face with warm water to remove all of the egg off and see just how amazing the results truly are.
